This location is hilltop with the south face to wooded areas. To install solar panels, there is no tree removal required. The entire site is fenced. Stormwater management is already in place but will need to be reassessed to consideration for solar panels. Repurposing this former landfill site conserves green space.

This location is very attractive for renewable energy due to its size and location.  There is also the potential at this site for dual purpose use.
